I'm a project tech lead specializing in web development, currently working and living in Minnesota, USA.

My expertise is in brand to tech communication and leadership, combining years of experience as a project manager, web developer, designer, and quality assurance analyst. I work to bring brand website goals from concept through to completion, providing expert guidance, standards-compliance, cross-platform reliabilty, and metrics verification utilizing the latest technologies.

I've worked on some of the largest brands in the world, with some of the best folks around. I've seen projects, large and small, completed for brands such as Post-it, Scotch Brand, Scotch-brite, ocelo, Scotchgard, Thinsulate, Filtrete, and many others.

Two times I've identified a team leadership need, successfully proposed a role solution, and filled the new position myself. Both roles, QA Analyst and Service Lead, were successes, saving the team and brands significant time and resources and continued as permanent positions after I moved on.

Prior to 3M, I managed the creation of Century College's VCT (Visual Communications Technologies) website and took an internship position at Trancesphere.com (now ETN.fm) building websites and promotional artwork for the site and its DJs.

I have a few passions and beliefs that guide me:

The first, and most important, is Jesus Christ. I'm nothing without Him, and I believe that showing His love to others is the greatest accomplishment I could hope to achieve.

I'd rather have a few close friends and family than a lot of acquaintances.
Cooperation always trumps competition.

Honesty and kindness are invaluable, and in uncomfortably short supply.

Dogs are the best animals, and humans could learn a few things from them.

Videogames and technology are pretty awesome.
